MAY CATERING PRODUCTION MENU
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1.) Drop Off Delivery: Includes disposable cutlery, plates and napkins. There are no warmers/chafers or clean up with this service.
2.) Set Up Service: This includes servers to help set up with utensils, chafers, tables, linens and whatever you order demands. The servers will help serve your guests for 2 hours and will break down buffet and dispose of all trash. (Floors not included)
3.) Executive Package: Includes renting china, flatware, linens and glassware as well as full service set up and break down. Client is responsible for all rental fees (broken glassware, delivery and pickup) Tables and Chairs are available to rent as well

1.) Continental Menu: Assorted Bagels with Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Organic Preserves. Fresh Baked Muffins and Croissants with Plugra Butter. Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad. Greek or Vanilla Yogurt Parfait with Organic Preserves, Fresh Berries and Granola. Toaster available with service.
2.) Burrito Menu: With Egg, Sausage, Bacon or Ham with Fresh Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Fried Potatoes and Cheddar/Jack Cheese Blend.

3.) Scrambled Menu: Fresh Cracked all-Natural Scrambled Eggs (Egg Whites Available)
Ham and Cheese Quiche, Thick Cut Bacon Strips, Pan Seared Sausage, Peppers and Onions, Roasted Red Potatoes, Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad, Greek/Vanilla Yogurt with Granola and Assorted Muffins, Butter and Organic Preserves.
4.) Sandwich Menu: Choice of Toasted/Buttered Fresh Bagel, Croissant or English Muffin with Fresh Cracked All-Natural Fried Eggs, Ham, Thick Cut Bacon or Sausage and Slice Tillamook Cheddar or Swiss Cheese. Sausage Links or Bacon, Red Breakfast Potatoes, Assorted Pastries, Fresh Seasonal Fruit Bowl and Greek or Vanilla Yogurt with Granola
