Terms of Use
The terms for using may-catering.com and inquiring about our services. Last updated July 2026.
By using may-catering.com you agree to these terms.
Using this site
The content on this site — text, images, menus, and design — is provided for information about May Catering's services and may not be copied or reused without permission. Menus, sample dishes, and pricing tiers shown are illustrative; your actual menu and quote are confirmed directly with Chef Scott.
Inquiries & quotes
Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An event is booked only when confirmed in writing by May Catering. Quotes and estimates (including any on-site estimator) are approximate until finalized in a written proposal.
Tastings
Tastings are paid, and the fee is disclosed before you book. How the fee is applied if you proceed to a full event is confirmed with Scott at the time of booking.
Bookings, deposits & cancellations
Deposits, final headcount deadlines, balances, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in your event agreement.
Food, allergies & dietary needs
We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy needs with careful prep and clear labeling. However, our kitchens handle common allergens; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please disclose all allergies in advance so we can plan appropriately.
Third-party services
Some services (such as bar service) are provided by partner companies. Those partners operate under their own terms; we'll connect you and coordinate, but their services are their responsibility.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, May Catering is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
