Accessibility Statement

We want every guest — on any device, with any ability — to be able to explore our menus and reach Chef Scott. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard and treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task.

What we've built in

• An accessibility toolbar on every page — increase or decrease text size, switch to a high-contrast theme, turn on a more readable font, underline links, and pause animations. Your choices are saved across the site.
• Full keyboard support — navigate, open menus, and operate every control with Tab and Enter/Space, with visible focus outlines throughout.
• Reduced-motion support — if your device requests reduced motion, non-essential animations are disabled automatically.
• Descriptive text alternatives for images, semantic landmarks for screen readers, labelled form fields, and color contrast checked against AA targets.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never "finished." We test on real devices and screen readers and fix issues as we find them. Third-party embeds (such as a live Instagram feed) are held to the same bar wherever we control them.
